From the store to your doorstep

We make the shavers; our partner store takes the order and brings it to you. Here is the path a box follows and who is holding it at each point.

Who sets delivery times and costs?

The partner store, at checkout. They depend on your address and the option you choose there, so we do not quote them here.

Where is my tracking number?

In the order page of the store you ordered from, and in the emails it sends you.

Can I change the address?

Only the store can, and only before the parcel leaves. Open the order there as soon as you notice.

The box arrived damaged

Photograph it and report it from the order page. The store arranges the fix directly.
