Choosing
What is the difference between your two shavers?
The compact is palm-sized, runs on batteries or a 6 ft cord and suits sweaters and travel. The large head has a 65mm face and six-leaf blades for blankets, coats and couches.
Do the colors differ in any way but color?
Within a line the shaver is the same. Prices can differ by finish at the partner store, so check the one you like.
Is the 2-pack two full shavers?
Yes, two complete compact shavers in Bright Red.
Using it
Can I use it on cashmere?
With the height cover raised, no pressure, and a test on an inside hem first. Stop when the surface looks even.
Will it remove pet hair?
It is made for pills, lint and fuzz attached to the fabric. For loose hair, use a roller or brush first.
Why are pills left behind?
Usually the container is full, the fabric is not flat, or the blade is due for replacement.

How is the compact powered?
By batteries, or by the AC cord with the batteries removed.
How fast does it spin?
The compact listing gives up to 9000 RPM.
How do I change a blade?
Follow the leaflet in the box; spare blades are included with both lines.
